brought the concept of
sorting the destemmed fruit prior
to crushing home from Bordeaux.
He in turn inspired us with his idea
and we split our standard
destemmer-crusher A 15 DC
into 2 units, the destemmer A15D
and crusher A 15C.

At
the vibrating table grapes are sorted and leaves removed.
Thereafter the grapes slide down a chute to the Destemmer. The
whole, destemmed fruit is sorted again at a second table and
then crushed in the crusher A15C.
The crusher A15C is assembled from standard parts of the crusher
attachment of the A15DC.
A destemmer crusher A15 DC can be split into a destemmer A15D
and crusher A15C at any later stage.

company was incorporated.
